Hi, I’m Nadia— The founder of Nadia’s Loc Lounge. My journey in hair began at just 14 years old, starting with braiding and quickly growing into a true passion for the beauty industry✨. Over the years, I’ve continued to refine my craft, which led me to earn my cosmetology license and expand my expertise. I chose to specialize in locs not only because I am a loc girly myself, but also because I truly love the versatility, creativity, and individuality that locs represent. My goal is to create styles that allow my clients to express themselves freely while also maintaining the health and integrity of their hair. I am passionate about what I do and take pride in providing a professional, comfortable, and creative experience for every client. I look forward to being a part of your loc journey and helping you bring your vision to life✨. ✨GENERAL BOOKING POLICY✨ To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: 1. Appointments are for clients only. No additional guests are permitted unless approved in advance. 2. No children allowed unless they are being serviced or you have spoken with me prior to your appointment. I service children starting 10 & up. Children younger than 10 will NOT be serviced. 3. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee and could result in cancellation if significantly delayed. 4. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 5. If you are in need of a before-hours or after-hours appointment, please contact me directly to discuss availability. 6. If your preferred date or time is not listed, feel free to reach out—I will do my best to accommodate your request. 7. For the health and safety of all clients, if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as cough, sneezing, or fever, please reschedule your appointment. If you have allergies, wearing a mask is recommended. ✨DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS✨ A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Card, Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Please note that Cash App is not accepted. ✨CANCELLATION POLICY✨ A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible—consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis. If I need to cancel your appointment, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be fully refunded. ✨LATE POLICY✨ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you anticipate being late, please contact me no later than 10 minutes into your appointment time. Timely communication allows me to make any necessary adjustments and accommodations for my other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without proper notice, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. I am very understanding—just be sure to communicate. ✨NO-SHOW POLICY✨ If you do not show up for your appointment and have not made prior contact with me to cancel or reschedule, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
